My name is Ryan Ferdman and I am the founder and CEO of Atlas Acct LLC.

My journey started when I was working as a dedicated full-time employee while concurrently pursuing my college education. My journey, blending both formal education and hands-on experience, has equipped me with the knowledge and insights essential for effective business management. Through a combination of academic learning and hands-on involvement, I gained comprehensive insights into the intricacies of business management.

My professional journey has taken me from small enterprises to multi-billion dollar corporations, offering support to companies within the Fortune 500, international corporations, and even local small businesses alike. During my tenure in these diverse environments, I had the privilege of understanding the strategies that propel large-scale enterprises toward enduring success.

My aspiration now is to extend these invaluable services to emerging startups, enabling them to flourish in every facet and unlocking their inherent potential for growth.

Past Experience

In my professional capacity, I have undertaken a multifaceted role encompassing the comprehensive oversight of day-to-day operations, financial management, tax compliance, legal affairs, and strategic consulting. My focus, but not exclusive to, has primarily centered on delivering professional services tailored to the specific needs of emerging businesses and startups. Notably, I embarked on a six-month contractual assignment with United Natural Foods (UNFI), a Fortune 500 company ranked 132 in 2023. During this tenure, I served as an accountant within their Risk Management division, where I played a pivotal role in analyzing, reconciling, and rectifying unreconciled accounts. This challenge emerged following a significant organizational restructuring prompted by acquisitions and the complexities introduced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond my corporate endeavors, I extended my expertise to assist Woody’s Dog Training with the meticulous preparation of Federal and State taxes for FY22. Furthermore, I offer support to induvial encompassed a diverse array of tax forms, reflecting my versatility in addressing unique tax scenarios for various individuals.
